Hi there! I'm an engineer based in Toronto working as a core contributor at Vana, where I explore the intersection of AI and blockchain while architecting decentralized infrastructure that's redefining data ownership in Web3. My work spans system architecture, blockchain integration, and privacy solutions including our Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) network that secures 10M+ user contributions.
I led development of Vana's Proof-of-Contribution system and helped architect our DataDAO ecosystem where 1.3M+ users collectively govern and monetize AI training data through the $VANA token. My architectural approach focuses on balancing security, usability, and decentralization.
My coding journey began early. At 17, I created a peer-to-peer content sharing platform that skyrocketed to the top 0.005% most visited websites globally in 2008, and among the top 10 in Ukraine (Alexa) and top 1000 in the world. I dropped out of high school to focus on this full-time until a crackdown across bittorrent projects brought it down.
I am always hacking on something new, from implementing tools for financial market predictions to a SaaS for virtual art galleries that I've built to showcase my wife's artworks.
I'm interested in pushing the boundaries of user-owned data and hacking on new private-data based generative AI applications.
